Phase one: With the first hole you'll notice your cigarette
is milder. After a day or two you'll be used to it and even enjoy the lighter
fresher taste. Think of it as a dash of milk in your black coffee. Stay
with Phase One for at least two weeks or until you are ready to move on
to PhaseTwo. You set the timetable and the pace. |
Phase two: With the second hole you'll notice your cigarette
is even milder. After a day or two you'll be used to it and even enjoy
the lighter and fresher taste. Think of it as two dashes of milk in your
black coffee. Stay with Phase Two for at least two weeks or until you are
ready to move on to Phase Three. You set the timetable and the pace.

Phase Three: When you reach Phase Three you wont even want
a regular cigarette again. You now have three dashes of milk in your creamy
coffee and about half the caffeine! Stay with Phase Three as long as
you like. |
Phase Four: Stay on Phase Four for as long as you wish to continue
to smoke. Your coffee is now pretty much milk with out much coffee or caffeine.
